Information you provide

This website collects your name, email, phone number, preferred contact method and the general property or financing details you enter in the inquiry form. Optional answers may include estimated property value, down payment, income type and credit range. If you arrive through a campaign link, its source, medium and campaign labels may be saved with your inquiry.

Do not submit Social Security numbers, account numbers, identification, tax returns, bank statements or confidential documents. This form is an initial inquiry, not a mortgage application.

How inquiries are used

Your inquiry is saved in Elaine Sabino’s private contact-management system so she can respond, keep notes and follow up on your request. Real estate services are provided through Beachfront Realty Inc.; mortgage services through Heart Mortgage Corporation. Email updates are optional and separately selected on the form. The form does not automatically send your inquiry to a lender.

Website service providers and external searches

This website operates through OpenAI Sites with Cloudflare Workers and a Cloudflare D1 database. These service providers process information to operate the website. Embedded property searches and external links are operated by other providers, including BeachesMLS and Agent 3000 where linked. Their privacy practices apply when you use their services. Those services may receive your IP address, browser information and cookies. The private CRM uses cookies to maintain its owner’s login session. Verification emails are sent through Resend to the owner’s fixed email address; lead details are not included in those emails. Google Fonts supplies fonts and may receive technical information such as your IP address when your browser loads them.

Your choices

You may contact Elaine to ask about your inquiry, request a correction or deletion, or stop optional email updates. The CRM currently retains contacts until Elaine deletes them; there is no automatic deletion schedule. Some records may need to be retained for legal or business recordkeeping obligations. Deleted records may remain temporarily in provider backups or in previously downloaded exports. Avoid putting sensitive information in your request.
